Eating Out on the 4 Hour Body Diet: Chipotle


Chipotle is a great choice if you are eating out on the 4 hour body diet.  Obviously you will want to avoid ingredients full of carbs like tortillas, cheese, sour cream, corn and rice.  While this eliminates popular items like tacos and burritos, the burrito bowls are a great option.

When ordering the burrito bowl I try to stick to the following combination:

  • Chicken/Steak
  • Fajita mix
  • Black Beans
  • Mild Salsa
  • Med/Hot Salsa


This tastes amazing and is a really satisfying meal.  In fact, I’ve often read about 4 hb’ers who follow Tim’s advice of eating the same thing repeatedly making this their daily lunch time choice.
